PSAA is owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The high school is fully accredited and recognized by the following educational accreditation organizations:
Washington State Board of Education | Private School Approval
PSAA holds its Certificate of Private School Approval by the WA State Board of Education. Based upon a review of the information submitted in the private school approval application, the above named school is recognized as having met all conditions specified in Chapter 28A.195 RCW and Chapter 180-90 WAC.
Adventist Accrediting Association
The Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges, and Universities hereby grants to PSAA for continued accreditation.
Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools
PSAA, grades 9 to 12, has demonstrated that it is effectively advancing the quality of educational experiences it offers its students and meets the responsibilities to the public and to the profession of education, and complies with standards for accreditation that are established by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA)
PSAA, which has demonstrated to the academic community at various levels that it effectively fulfills the requirements, provisions, and standards prescribed by the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges and Universities and the National Council for Private School Accreditation in its efforts to provide the highest quality educational experience for its students.
