Fourth Quarter:

Murambi Technical School in Butari, Rwanda - site of a massacre and now a memorial to victims of the Rwanda genocide

In History through Film & Literature class students spend two quarters of study evaluating documentary and feature films to analyze their impact on social issues as well as their historical accuracy and value. First person accounts on related topics are also examined.

In addition, students are required to write several comparison/contrast papers on selected individuals, incidents, and social issues studied through film and written accounts.
