Algebra I

Handouts

Syllabus

Algebra I is the first math class offered to
incoming freshmen.  Although it begins rather
basic, Algebra I builds quickly as students
are introduced to matrices, functions, linear
equations, quadratics and polynomials.

2010-2011 School Year
This school year we will be introducing the Saxon Math series for Algebra I.  I am excited about this change.  Saxon Math is set up to build on the previous lessons.  Another aspect is that it constantly reviews previous concepts for student reinforcement.

Assessments (tests) will be given every 10 lessons.

Homework Policy

Assignments are due at the beginnig of the next class period, unless otherwise instructed.  NO late papers will be accepted. (Excused absences are the only exception.)
